In this 50 hour yin training, we focus on the fascial system, yin practice and the somatic practice of releasing emotions & trauma.
Speaking through this class I felt a new sense of awareness for how the body gets in and out of postures, what modifications people may need, and just how much really goes into teaching. Not only are you explaining the postures, but you are going through the mindfulness, the theme and intention, modifications, etc… Knowing when and how often to talk in the class, how much silence to give the student in each posture. It's all a lot to think about! And like anything, I’m sure it all comes easier and more intuitive with time. I can’t wait to share my knowledge with friends and family about Yin. Thank you thank you thank you! I will definitely be continuously looking back through the course to cement all this knowledge into my brain. May I say it one more time, thank you, for shining light upon this path for me <3
